During our last shopping trip we truly picked up some of the most amazing Lemurian seed crystals. Surrounded by all the large crystals, its easy to lose perspective of just how large these babies are and how hard it is to find Lemurians especially in this size.  Actually almost all the Lemurians we picked up have some unusual quality to them!  The faces are completely natural, including a few bruises, not unusual for a crystal this size, and it truly does not detract at all from this beauty. They have amazing clarity marked by beautiful rainbows. A closer look revels mysterious wisps that are easily missed when first looking at the crystal. Once you see them, you'll wonder how you could have missed them. Working with them gave us the name of dream catcher. They request to work at night, being near you beside your bed, or under the pillow when you are ready to explore the world of your dreams. This stunning Lemurian Crystal is quite unusual as it has a faint smoky quartz cast, and clear smoky quartz phantoms! Near the base there is an unusual purple and orange mineral clinging to the formation, we think it is a form of jasper. Usually Lemurians have no matrix attached, then again, Lemurians are usually pink or clear too! The energy is just divine. Very gentle and soothing, helping to keep you grounded. It has heart healing energy that helps take the edge of the emotions you are experiencing. There are a few past time links and a thin future time link too, helping you find your place in who you are now, and where you want your path to lead. The faces are natural, so there are some bumps and bruises, but nothing that detracts from this gorgeous piece!

Lemurian Seed Crystals are mined in Brazil. They were found at the top of a hill that was being strip-mined for quartz. These naturally formed crystals were found separately in sand, and were not attached to clusters. They immediately got attention because they were not like the rest of the quartz found in clusters in that area. Some, but not all, carry a pink to reddish glow. These unique crystals are clear quartz, but instead of being shiny, they appear frosted or dull - like they have a matte finish. Their most unique characteristic in a series of horizontal striations running up one or more sides of the crystals. Usually, these distinct horizontal striations end in a triangular face, forming the apex of the crystal. This crystal is from Serra do Cabral, outside of Joaquim Felicio, in Minas Gerais, Brazil. This mine is now closed, and no more Lemurian Seed crystals are being produced.
