This is one of the must gorgeous formations that we came across in Tucson.  It is certainly not the prettiest at first glace, but once you spend a few minutes exploring and attuning yourself to you, you will find it quite amazing.  Sitting atop a thick matrix of white quartz rises the most incredible city of cascading spires.  Each individual point is surrounded by cascading crystals as if it were a Lovestar or Lightbrary formation.  But the most incredible thing is that many of the points have wispy purple amethyst phantoms.

I'm not sure where this beauty comes from.  My supplier bought her in an old estate sale, and thinks her origin is Brazil.  I am disinclined to agree, because her energy is old old old, slow and wise, and doesn't feel like the shiny and young energy that one can sometimes associate with Brazil.  My first thought was that she came from Africa from the feeling of great antiquity she gives me, but Africa is a warm continent and she gives me a taste of cold mountains, snowy grey and windswept.  So that narrows it down to Europe or Asia, and from there your guess is as good as mine!

She is such a sweet Spirit.  Very gentle and comforting, I have enjoyed visiting with her and have kept her on my desk for these past weeks.  She is very Light and carries with her the wisdom of the millions of years she has been on this plant.  Such a wonderful Spirit to encounter!

The formation measures 6.5" x 4.3" x 3" and weighs 4 lbs 14oz.

Amethyst is said to bring serenity and calm, to enhance one's ability to assimilate new ideas, and to assist during meditation. It is also said to give strength and mental stability, and to provide balance between one's physical, emotional, intellectual states. Amethyst is also said to make one shrewd in business matters. Amethyst is said to help remove toxins from the body and to help treat arthritis. It also said to be useful in treating a number of disorders including those of the digestive system, heart, nervous system, skin and hearing and to help provide relief from pain and to strengthen the immune system.

Elestials are master healers and work on many-many levels. Elestial Quartz crystals used in body layouts they will purge toxicity from the major organs into the bloodstream, from which they can then be purged from by drinking lots of water. Do not work with Elestial Quartz Crystals if you do not want an abundance of lessons and change!

The translation for Elestial is “Crystal of the Angels” and thus has a strong link with the Angelic realm. One may retrieve information stored in Elestials by running your hands over the etching of the crystal, before long your hands start moving on their own, you are reading the crystal much the same way as the blind use Braille language. It is best to clear the mind and have no expectations through this process. Also remember to drink lots of water afterwards as you will be detoxified.
