Fantastic Show!

We understand that many of our customers are uneasy with the internet or giving out personal details online. You may place an order without ever divulging any information online.

There are a few important things we'd like to mention.

First, our store does not operate in real time. We do try to update the site as soon as orders come in. However, there is a possibility that the item you wish to purchase has been sold. If this is the case, and we have something similar, we will offer you replacement selections. We will not substitute an item without your consent. 

Second, please make sure your spam filters allow emails from marjenn@tosots.com

Third, if you do not receive an invoice from us within 24 hours within our normal office hours, there is a chance we did not receive your order. Orders placed on the weekends will be process by the end of our business day on Monday. If you have used the shopping cart system, you will receive a confirmation of your order, this is not your invoice just an acknowledgement of your order. If you do not receive the confirmation in a reasonable time frame, please contact us.

Orders may be placed/completed in three ways.

1. Via the shopping cart provided on our site. Click here for more details.

2. Via phone - 239-304-1166. Our normal office hours are Monday - Friday 12pm - 9pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. However if these times are not convenient, please let us know, we'll make arrangements for a time convenient to you. You may also place your order via email or the shopping cart, and call us with your credit card details.

3. Via email - Just send us a detailed list of the items you would like. Please include the item numbers of the item(s), your name, and phone number if you would like us to call you to complete the order. Item numbers are essential, titles are helpful.


Using the shopping Cart

The shopping cart gathers your selections so that you may see a running total of your selections. On each available item you'll find a purchase button. Click this button and it will take you to your cart total. Click your browser's back button or the continue shopping button to add more to your cart.

It is important to note that although the quantity of each item can be changed our items are unique, and only one of each item number is available. Notable exceptions are the tumbled stones and pouches.

You may remove items by setting quantity to zero and clicking recalculate.

Shipping calculations are a quote, and may not represent the actual shipping charge. Actual shipping charges are based on weight and destination, and will be finalized when the order is processed.

Once you are finished shopping, click on checkout. If you have not selected your state, you'll be asked to do so. If you live outside the United States, please select No State/Province.

You'll then be taken to the next screen where you will enter your shipping and/or billing address. Certain fields are required in order that we may serve you better.  However if your computer accepts cookies, you'll be able to save this information for your next order! Just make sure you check the "Remember my name and address for my future purchases" box. (An internet cookie is a file of information place by our cart service on your computer with the saved shipping & billing information.)

The next screen will ask you for your form of payment. You'll have several options:

  • Credit card - This will take you to a secure server to input your credit card information.

  • Paypal - Indicates you wish to pay in this method. This will pass you through Paypal to choose funding options. An authorization charge will be placed on your account pending verification of item availability and actual shipping charges. 

  • Call in CC information - If you are uncomfortable with using your credit card online, you may still call in your credit card number after your order has been placed.

  • Use Card on File - This option is for established customers for your convenience!

If you would like to mail payment, please email us before placing an order.

That's It!

You'll be taken to a confirmation page, and you'll receive a confirmation email. Our finalized invoice will be emailed to you as soon as possible!

Please note that if you pay by Credit Card you may request that we do not keep your information on file.
